Description: Blue milk glass and light sapphire blue rhinestone vintage silver tone pinwheel brooch; the top tiers blue teardrops surrounding a light blue rhinestone center and the bottom tier has slightly larger blue glass teardrops set an an angle creating a pinwheel design. Light blue rhinestones are individually set on silver tone wire and radiate around the outer edge.
