Victioran Hessonite Garnet Gilt Cross Brooch

 Description:  Victorian gilt over silver hessonite garnet cross brooch; these 'cinnamon' garnets were popular 1870-1890. The cross has an ornate folate design set with six larger garnet and smaller garnet between each. Tube hinge pin stem and c-clasp. Stones test positive for garnets.
