Julana Clear Rhinestone Circle Brooch

 Description:  Juliana vintage silver plated clear rhinestone layered circle brooch; the base is a pinwheel of larger and smaller clear round rhinestones along rows of even smaller clear rhinestones that form an inner hexagonal row. Six clear round rhinestone florets are altered over the top. Confirmed Juliana DeLizza and Elster.
