Description: Vintage signed sterling silver natural blue topaz and cubic zirconia ring. A large blue topaz pear shaped stone in a double ribbon style band with a row of four CZ stones along one side. Hallmarked 'Sterling CI' on the inside of the band, stone tests positive as blue topaz.
