Description: Coro 1939 vintage pot metal enamel cowboy and cowgirl fur clips set; an exceedingly rare pair designed by Adolph Katz, see copy of patents below, and nearly impossible to find both together as a set. The cowboy with a lasso has an oval blue glass moonstone cabochon body with brown enamel chaps edge with clear rhinestones, cream enamel sleeve, orange bandana and black hat and boots and a smaller yellow moonstone glass head. The cowgirl has a pink glass moonstone body, blue enameled skirt, pink enameled riding pants, big vaca enameled boots, black hat, clear rhinestone bandana and accents and pale blue glass moonstone head. She also has a lasso and both have spurs! Unsigned Coro, patents 114219 and 114220.
