




Description: Trifari sterling cut-out bow brooch, patented by Alfred Phillips in 1948. The original was a shiny gold colored sterling vermeil, this is now mostly just silver. The ends of the wide ribbon bow have a cut-out design and are decorated with a row of clear rhinestones. The knot is a combination of sapphire, ruby and emerald rhinestones in different cuts along with small clear rhinestone set leaves. Signed 'Trifari' and 'Pat Pend Sterling' on the back.

Condition: Good, original gold wash is mostly worn away, appearance is more silver than gold
