Description: Miriam Haskell early unsigned Frank Hess dress clip; three clusters of vibrant glass flowers tightly wired into textured silver tone bell shaped dangles that attach to loops of blue cord. The loops hang from a round coil of the blue cord sewn onto the plastic backing of the clip. The flowers are bright colors: orange, yellow, dark and lighter blue, dark brown, green and white. Unsigned, attributed early Miriam Haskell.
