Description: Napier vintage gold plated mesh garter style bracelet; the mesh is hand wired in two heiights to create a design along the band. The clasp folds over the band and is covered with a repoussé panel clasp. The opposite end has a 2 1/4" dangling gold chains tassel. Signed 'Napier©' on the inside of the clasp.
