Description: Vintage signed Art gold tone scarf ring, an elliptical shape with a flower in the center of a curved gold tone stem with yellow enamel leave set with a faux pearl on each side. The flower petals are small yellow glass cabochons around a clear rhinestone center. Yellow, blue and pink rhinestones are along each edge. The two twisted gold tone wired rings, or bands, to slide a scarf through. Signed 'Art©' on the back.
