Description: A.L.Lindroth dance compact; this rare 1920's silver hexagonal vanity case has an engine-turned linear and gently scalloped lid design with a gullioche enameled framed swan in the center. The blue and gold enamel dawn and pair of blue flowers are on a black enameled background, framed in gold and then black enamel. The back of the case has a linear design with a diamond cut patter on the sides. Silver wrist chain with two coin holds, compartments for rouge and power, sifter no gone, and a space for a mirror, also now gone. Stamped 'A.L.LCo' inside, mark of the A.L. Lindroth Company.
