Description: Italian 800 chased silver rectangular lipstick vanity case with a green oval glass cabochon stone. The entire case is covered with scrolling flowers and leaves and the top flips up to reveal a mirror when the box is opened. The cabochon covers the lid keeping it shut when the box is closed. The lipstick hold inside is currently empty and is staped '800' on one side amd '30' on another.
